About Me

My writing journey began during my senior year at Xavier High School in New York City, in a Creative Writing class taught by Mr. Matthew Thomas, the author of the New York Times bestselling novel "We Are Not Ourselves". Since then, I have continued to write intermittently. My first pieces of flash fiction and flash nonfiction were published in the Fall 2024 issue of "Wilderness House Literary Review".​

Outside of writing, I am a lifelong martial artist and regularly train in Kyokushin Karate. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Japanese Studies and a Master's degree in International Education. Currently, I work as an international student advisor. I am fluent in both English and Japanese, and I am also learning Irish.
